Roosevelt von Regen is a stunning 3 year old German Shepherd. With his gorgeous dark crown and alert eyes, Roosevelt will have jaws dropping all over town. This sweet boy is amazing on leash, despite his initial excitement to go out on a walk. He is confident and seems eager to explore, and readily accepts head rubs from strangers. Roosevelt is mid energy and meets dogs well on walks. He is incredibly well-behaved and, if someone stops to ask you about him (which happens very often), he sits next to you and waits patiently until you tell him that you are ready. His favorite pleasure is getting his back rubbed – Roosevelt practically purrs like a cat with his back arched, and will lean against you and look sad if you stop! He is also a certified cuddle bug. Roosevelt was good in playgroup – he is confident and meets the other dogs well. He stopped to sniff at one of the females for too long and, when she snapped at him, he got up and walked away. He plays pushily with the males and would not do well with a dominant male. Roosevelt has everything on your checklist: good looking, great temperament and a wonderful cuddler. What more could you ask?
